The issue resulted from miscomunication between myself, PHS and the contractor performing the work. James was able to come up with a solution that solved the issue, he held true to everything he promised and I am now a very happy customer. The contractor who showed up to do the work was professional and polite as was James. I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks again.

He advised what valve to get and how to go about fitting it. I was having some issues with the type of valve and installation of it. He had his contractor Brendan attend and he did a great job in installing the new valve free of charge. I highly recommend this company for any solar pool issues.

Diagnosed my needs with me after a few questions, and within a week I had a pool heater installed and we are now swimming in winter. The installer, Gaveyn, is also an absolute pro at what he does. It has been top notch from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. If you need pool heating, these are your guys. Save yourself the time of looking around.

James explained to Michael his recommendations on what the best pool heater to replace our existing one. After James had all the information on the size of our pool etc. He gave Michael his recommendation on the best pool heater for us. A Madimack, James could have sold us a pool heater that was the biggest and most expensive, but he didn't. James explained to Michael (in layman's terms) the reasons why he was recommending that particular Pool heater. As soon as Michael gave James the go ahead, James had his tech (Gordon) around the very next day. Gordon fitted the new pump, changing pipes where necessary and explaining to Michael everything he needed to know.
The customer service that we received from Pool Heating Solutions WA was second to none, exceeding all our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
