I reached out to a few companies for quotes to install pool heating.  James got back to me the same day with some very comprehensive information on the different options and after a few more questions from me we landed on a heat pump. He organised a site visit then provided a very fair quote for our system. Brendon came out to install the following week - his work was extremely tidy and professional. Had our pool heater installed today - Really happy with the service. James was so helpful throughout the whole process, took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with us to stay within our budget. From beginning to end they were professional and prompt. Brendon took one look at the system and diagnosed the issue (the cowboy that had done our install failed to put in a secondary pump). He was back two days later and fixed the issue quickly and for a very reasonable price.
